Your group will place orders at a counter, then pick up your food when ready unless a server is present to serve to you.
Show your booking confirmation to the cashier upon arrival. Once confirmed, place your orders from the tasting menu. Please be sure to have all members of your party present at your scheduled arrival time.

Notes on Choosing Your Date, Day, Time and Group Size
To book this restaurant on your tour, first select your desired tour date on the calendar. You'll then be prompted to select the time slot displayed, and you will be able to arrive anytime within that period. For example, if a time slot reads '3 - 6p, 8 - 10p,' you can arrive anytime from 3 - 6pm or 8 - 10pm.
If your desired tour date is not available, the restaurant is either closed or does not accept TastePro bookings on that day. If this happens, please choose a different tour date or select a different restaurant.
Restaurants will not accept TastePro bookings outside the date listed on your booking confirmation. If you arrive outside the time window listed on your booking confirmation, the restaurant has full discretion in whether to seat you. If they are unable to seat you, you can request your tasting menu to-go. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
TastePro bookings are only valid for the number of people listed on your booking confirmation. If you show up with more people than you paid for, your group will not be served until the additional guests book on TastePro. To do this, simply book an additional tour with all applicable restaurants on your same tour date. You'll receive a separate booking confirmation for these additional guests.
Why are some restaurants unavailable during regular meal times?Restaurants want to provide the best experience for each of their guests. If a restaurant is routinely full during peak meal periods, they will likely choose not to accept TastePro bookings during those windows, in order to best control crowds and wait times.
Most standard food tours take place during non-peak hours for the same reason.
Please also note that restaurant availability is displayed in the restaurant's local time. Plan accordingly if you are booking from a different time zone.
Can I make substitutions or order additional items?
The restaurant has full discretion on the extent to which substitutions are allowed. If you don’t like the options listed on a tasting menu, we recommend booking a different restaurant.
Most restaurants will allow TastePro guests to order additional items from the standard menu during their tour. Please note that you are responsible for payment, tax and tip for any additional items not included in your tasting menu.
